Other data: He was the second son of an illustrious father Dasu Sreeramulu and was born at Eluru in 1869. After his early education at Eluru and graduating at Machilipatnam Noble college, he joined the Madras Law college. He graduated in Law and successfully completed his bar council examinations. Later he continued his apprenticeship under his father. He was married to Venkatalakshmi daughter of Marella Veeraraju a land lord from Ayabhimavaram village . Subsequently, he left Eluru to set up independent legal practise at Machilipatnam. He achieved success in his profession as a criminal lawyer. He had roaring practise. Despite his busy professional occupation, he was an active participant in various cultural activities at Machilipatnam. He was a scholar in Telugu and Sanskrit, and a talented dramatist. He wrote a drama having 5 Acts, in Telugu titled (Budha Natakam) based on the book "Light of Asia" written by Arnold. He wrote the first two Acts and while in the middleof the third act he passed away. The rest of the drama was completed by his father Sri Dasu Sreeramulu garu. Besides being a good Veena player he participated in dramatic activities. He was a cofounder of the famous journal Krishna Patrika . This journal was founded by Sri Mutnuri Krishna rao at Machilipatnam. While he was coming up in life with success and accomplishments in cultural and literary fields besides being a rising star in legal profession, he fell sick. After a brief illness he passed away in 1905 at Nuzvid at an early age of 36 leaving behind his wife ,with three sons, and a daughter. Journalist and writer. Well read and wrote many satirical essays in Telugu Journals. Lived in Madras while working in Andhra Patrika. More data: He retired as General Manager from The Associated Cements ltd, and later worked as GM of NCL Industries at Hyderabad. Later he was a director on board of Parthasarathy cements, and a technical director for Suvarna Cements. During his service he was an active Lions club member and was responsible for various social activities like childimmunisation, antileprosy work and conducting eye camps in the rural areas in Mancherial (AP) and at Madukkarai (TN). He was also associated and actively helped in construction of Sri Rama temple at Wadi. He was a talented dramatist and participated in various Telugu dramas while he was at Shahabad. He was also an enthusiastic sportsman having represented various institutions during his educational career and later while in service too. After retirement he and his wife settled down as US citizens with their children in USA.
