Description
He was born in 1933 in Lucknow. Married SARASWATI on Aug 1,1957. (DB 1936, and she died on March 05, 1997.) Joined the founding class of the then Inter(Joint) Services Wing of the Armed Forces (National Defence) Academy at Dehradun in January 1949 and retired as Brigadier in the Indian Army Ordnance Corps in 1987. Held several command & staff appointments in the Army having qualified in the Defence Services Staff College,Wellington ,the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi and from the College of Defence Management,Secunderabad. Travelled extensively and now settled in Secunderabad , AP , India.Their daughter is Vani V
