By birth belong to the Venkatapuram branch of Dasu family. Had a daughter known as Gurjada Peramma married to G.Srinivasulu s/o G.Ramayya, and died in1881 while resident of Alluru. She died in 5/1887 at alluru. Their great grandson Srinivasa rao lived as Karnam of Alluru.
